Friends, family and community residents are holding a fundraiser to raise money for the mounting medical bills and cost of ongoing medical care for Michael Henderson, a 35 year old Fairhope resident. On March 12th, Michael was helping others replace the roof of an old metal building when the roof collapsed sending him plummeting to the ground 15-20 feet below. His fall resulted in 2 broken vertebrae in his back, one shattered heel bone and the other heel bone fractured. Unfortunately, Michael does not have medical insurance and therefore needs our help. Please join us Sunday, May 6th, 2007 starting at 11:30 am at Oak Hollow Farm. This family day-long event will include a $5,000 drawdown, live auction, live entertainment, children’s activities, raffle drawings and food. For tickets or more information, call Robert Barlow 424-8413 or Ann Campbell 928-7315. Donations may also be made to any area Citizens Bank in the name of “Michael Henderson Medical Fund”.
